DESCRIPTION:Dear Esteemed Members\, \nWe wish to notify you that during this year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM)\, two board positions and one supervisory committee position will fall vacant. The elections will be conducted in accordance with the newly adopted Elections and Vetting Policy. \nBoard Positions and Constituencies \nUnder the new policy\, constituencies have been restructured as follows: \n\nStrathmore University Constituency (Strathmore University) – 4 Board Positions\nStrathmore School/Kianda School Constituency – 2 Board Positions\nUzima Constituency -(SRCC\, Quest Works\, Alumni\, Creates\, Eastland’s College\, Fontana Bookshop\, Tigoni\, Thigiri\, Hodari Boys\, Kimlea Girls\, Kibondeni College\, Karima Residence\, Elmolo Residence\, Satima\, Ewaso Club\, Watani\, Senaca\, Fanusi Study Center\, Roshani\, Imara Educational Foundation\, Mzima Students\, Samawati Medical\, Kivulini\, Mvule Catering\, Divas\, Off-Payroll Members\, Former Employees) – 1 Board Position \n\nThe vacancies available for this year’s elections are: \n\nOne board position in the Strathmore University Constituency\nOne board position in the Strathmore/Kianda School Constituency\n\nNote: Members are only eligible to vie for positions falling vacant within their respective constituencies. \nSupervisory Committee Vacancy\nTo ensure diverse representation\, a maximum of one supervisory committee member can be elected from any given center.
